Rabbit Flavoured Kisses
Rabbit Flavoured Kisses
He sits and stares at me
With that gaze that’s so weighted and dark,
Like the guts of a tree,
He wants me to shiver, like kissing frost,
And feel his eyes freeze my neck.
He hates me because I leave him behind.
But he loves me, because I come back
He’s happy, but if I look in his eyes,
He knows that I wont go
Again, until tomorrow.
He loves me. Chocolate fur,
Black eyes and slobber tongue
Greets me ecstatically
Accompanied by rabbit flavoured kisses
And beef jerky breath
That he saves for hello,
But never uses for goodbye.
He sits and stares at me
With that gaze that’s so weighted and dark,
Like the guts of a tree,
He wants me to shiver, like kissing frost,
And feel his eyes freeze my neck.
He hates me because I leave him behind.
But he loves me, because I come back
He’s happy, but if I look in his eyes,
He knows that I wont go
Again, until tomorrow.
He loves me. Chocolate fur,
Black eyes and slobber tongue
Greets me ecstatically
Accompanied by rabbit flavoured kisses
And beef jerky breath
That he saves for hello,
But never uses for goodbye.
